My girlfriend advised me to try PushHouse, I made an account, and then I realized that I did not use a referral link. I decided not to do anything with the account, do not refill it, to run no ads until I connect a referral link. I got a referral link, I wrote to support via telegram, to be added to the referral link, but support denied the request, sent to the ticket through the site. Ok, apparently through the website ther support is more qualified, I will write there too. Through the site I did not get anything too, and also received a threat to ban for multiple accoints. I recall that my account was empty, there were no actions, so, as in all other systems, I have the right to block the account. I sent a ticket to terminate the contract and block the account. I logged out and registered a new account using my girlfriend's referral link. I had not received any ban for having multiple accounts, refilled it and tried to launch a campaign. In a couple of days the girl writes that her account is banned, and shows a screenshot of the ban for multiple accounts. I thought $!%#@ and asked her to write to the support team to resolve the situation. Support through the site did not help her anything, and sent her to a personal manager in telegram. In telegram the manager does not read messages at all and does not respond. From the screenshot you will see that it is normal for them not to answer for 14 days!!! As a result, the manager does not want to help, it relies on the "rules that you sign when registering", "where it is clearly stated, the administration of Push House has the right to reserve any decision without explanation, it concerns the blocking, etc.". They do not provide any evidence, they do not want to refund money.
Especially want to emphasize that they blocked my girlfriend for multiple accounts, who has only one account! It would be more logical to mr fot that, since it was me who asked to ban one account and made a second.
On the request to return the unused money I get the answer "money for multiple accounts will not be returned.
A special kind of horror is the communication with their technical support. They communicate with grammatical mistakes, arrogantly, disdainfully, and in general it seems that they do not render you services for your money, but you owe them by default. It's disgusting, as if yesterday's hoodlums from the neighborhood were sitting there, rather than a serious company.
I sent a chargeback to my bank, I hope they will help me get my money back from these thugs.
