How to apply as an ASUS Affiliate in Involve Asia

STEP 1: Search ‘ASUS Singapore’

After you log in to your account, you can find all the information in your dashboards such as offers and campaigns. Filter region to Singapore and search for ASUS Singapore at the dashboard. There are two types of offers, offers that need to apply and offers that we can directly promote.

STEP 2: Click on the offer

When you click on the offer, you may find this pop-up offer which gives you 2 options. The link is already generated in the URL section. Copy and paste the URL in your promotion campaign. Choose your own product or service from the advertiser website itself and generate the link on the dashboard.

STEP 3: Go to the website and find your promotion

You can browse through ASUS Singapore website and choose your own product or brand to promote your campaign with Asus. After you find the product, just copy the link and paste it in the Involve Asia offer pop up website in the URL section.

Step 4: Generate the link

Finally, you can generate the link URL by copy and paste any product link from ASUS website into the URL section in the offer pop-up in Involve Asia Dashboard. After this, you can copy the Involve Asia URL which you can use in your campaign promotion of ASUS Singapore.

How do I sign up as an ASUS Affiliate Publisher?

  1. Go to https://app.involve.asia/signup

  2. Fill in all the necessary information

  3. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your account registered.

  4. This email expires within 5 minutes and you will need to confirm click the email confirmation link as soon you have received

  5. There might be delays in receiving the confirmation email at times due to the high number of sign-ups so please bear with us

  6. Please check your Spam, Junk and Trash folder in case the email has been captured there.

What’s the Commission Model Types?

Cost Per Sale (CPS)

A sale is confirmed when a purchase is successfully made, with no cancellation or refund. Transactions are normally processed by credit cards or online banking. This model is commonly associated with item purchasing offers.

How long does it take to receive payment once "Request Withdrawal" ?

There are (2) different types of withdrawals with Involve Asia, and (2) different methods of transactions.

Types of Withdrawals:

  1. Express Withdrawal (Conversions Pending Advertiser Validation) and Early Withdrawal (Conversions Approved, Pending Payment from Advertiser)

Express withdrawal and Early withdrawal will take (5) working days for the payment to be processed and paid - and this (Excludes weekends and Malaysian public holidays). After the payment has been processed, the status of your request will be changed from“Processing” to “Paid”.

  1. Self-Withdrawal (Conversions Approved + Paid by Advertiser)

Self-withdrawal takes 7-10 working days for the payment to be processed - and this

(Excludes weekends and Malaysian public holidays). After the payment has been processed, the status of your request will be changed from “Processing” to “Paid”.

Types of Transactions:

  1. Wire Transfer

To help Involve Asia publishers avoid intermediary bank charges, Involve Asia is partnering with remittance partners. Although the status of your request has been listed as “Paid”, it may take up to (3) working days for the remittance partner to complete the finance transaction to your bank account. Benefits of using Wire Transfer as your Preferred Payment Method would be that you can avoid intermediary bank charges and the processing fee for Self-Withdrawal if your request amount is within the limit according to your account’s membership tiering.

  1. PayPal

When payment to your PayPal account has been made, you will receive a notification from PayPal that your payment is “On Hold” - this means that Involve Asia will have to approve the transaction. To quicken the process, please contact your account manager with the screenshot of the PayPal notice and the invoice number. Your payment should be completed within the day, if you notify us before 5.30 PM (GMT +8). Your request for withdrawal through PayPal will not deem you eligible for avoiding the processing fee of up to 4% as this is the service charge by PayPal itself Involve Asia’s payment days are commonly made on Mondays and Thursdays.
