Specialises in working with high‑value customer segments (Tier 1/Tier 2), sales funnel optimisation, and improving key loyalty metrics (LTV, CRR, Churn Rate). Possesses skills in data‑driven customer relationship management, marketing automation, and end‑to‑end analytics of retention programme effectiveness. CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, amoCRM. Analytics: Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Excel/Google Sheets. Marketing Automation: Mailchimp, SendPulse, UniSender, ActiveCampaign. Methodologies: RFM analysis, A/B testing, data‑driven CX. Metrics: CRR, Churn Rate, LTV, ARPU, NPS. Languages: English Upper‑Intermediate
