📌 Чем предстоит заниматься
— Campaign Management: deploy, and optimize advertising campaigns which drive traffic to our proprietary application portals;
— Research & Analysis: Conduct market/competitor research to be leveraged in the execution of campaigns; Analyse conversion data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to meet agreed upon CPA targets and ROI goals;
— Testing: Aggressively A/B test ad copies and funnels to maximize CTRs and ROIs;
— Business Development: Independently identify and present new campaign opportunities to appropriate stakeholders;
— Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix;
— Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.

📌 Что ожидаем
— 2+ years’ experience with large traffic sources (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Display Network, Native Ads, Other Traffic Networks);
— Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role in digital marketing;
— Good knowledge of affiliate marketing and experience with tracking platforms and campaign optimizatio;
— Ability to manage high budgets with the focus on performance KPIs;
— Good understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies;
— Basic familiarity with Excel and reporting tools; Basic HTML knowledge is a plus;
— Industry Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of how online display and search advertising works;
— Fluent in English language is a must; Other languages will be considered as an advantage.
