Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue;
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates;
Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates;
Purchase traffic through CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models;
Track and analyze affiliate performance;
Ensure profitability of affiliate campaigns;
Prepare and present reports to management; 
— Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

😎Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success;
 Deep understanding of the iGaming industry (gambling/betting);
 At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
 Strong sales and negotiation skills;
 Experience with different affiliate marketing software and platforms;
 Understanding of key internet marketing metrics (CTR/CR/ROI/ROMI);
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
