💻Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue;
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates;
- Manage and optimize relationships with existing affiliates;
- Purchase traffic through CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare models;
- Track and analyze affiliate performance;
- Ensure profitability of affiliate campaigns;
- Prepare and present reports to management; 
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

😎Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success;
- Deep understanding of the iGaming industry (gambling/betting);
- At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Strong sales and negotiation skills;
- Experience with different affiliate marketing software and platforms;
- Understanding of key internet marketing metrics (CTR/CR/ROI/ROMI);
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
