Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitors' activities to further optimize traffic monetization;
- Monitor traffic sources, implement optimizations;
- Identify reasons for increases/decreases in conversion funnels, interpret findings;
- Analyze traffic behavior, forecast future activity;
- Formulate, align, and oversee the implementation of hypotheses to improve project performance.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a traffic analyst;
- Knowledge of key advertising formats, metrics, and integration methods;
- Ability to work with large datasets and statistical analysis skills;
- Understanding of core concepts and metrics: conversion, cap, EPC, CPA, ROI, etc.;
- Analytical thinking, ability to forecast and identify correlations.
