— Create a strategy for all marketing areas that leads the company to achieve business goals;
— Inspire team to collaborate, show cool results, and execute assigned KPIs;
— Collaborate with sales, traffic, optimization, and R&D departments to search and test their team's ideas, tools, research, and current tasks;
— Plan annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets, optimize and adjust their distribution to achieve company goals;
— Initiate marketing research, check ideas, and trends, to find new and effective solutions;
— Prepare reports and recommendations for improving results and achieving plans.

📌 Что ожидаем
— You have at least three years of experience in Ad networks, Online Advertising, or Traffic monetization;
— You understand the peculiarities of international markets;
— You know the principles of product promotion and marketing research methods perfectly;
— You constantly learn how to make yourself, team and company more resilient in times of crisis or during rapid changes;
— Your strengths are time management, planning, leadership, and ability to inspire;
— You have high communicative skills and the ability to find compromises;
— You can build a flexible team, combine people from different departments of the company in short-term projects/developments and adjust the effectiveness of such interactions;
— You see hidden opportunities;
— You love to experiment;
— Written and spoken English at a level not lower than upper-intermediate.
