We implemented the application to have the Insight of our clients concerning our firm.
We wanted to have the analytical answers required.
I lack something significant concerning this software. However, there is no issues in acquiring the software.
Again, the vendor keeps the users updated on issues concerning the terms and conditions about the software.
I hate the fact that this software fails to conduct a basic assessment or analysis on your site.
Again, the vendor takes too long to issue a new release.
Lastly, the application keeps on hanging and running slow.

Initially, we thought the software will give us the digital monitoring we required.
Again, we thought the application will conduct the best media marketing.
However, this was not the issue.

What we wanted BlueFocus to help us with was to put our brand out there when we were new. We managed to achieve the goal and we even extended our use with them because of the results we got.
We started to use BlueFocus when our company just started and we wanted for our brand to get our there. BlueFocus helped us with social media marketing and we even got our first customers from social media campaigns they had created so we are really proud we used their service. The customer support is also lovely.
Other than the monthly cost of using the service, I have not encountered any other issue with BlueFocus. I also think their monthly subscription fee is just fair because the ROI is very high.
BlueFocus are very professional and they deliver on time.

Customer service means well but there is a language barrier for support in English that can create frustrations.
Look at other media monitoring platforms. There may be better options out there but possibly not at the cost. This is a decent starting place.
