In the spring of 2024, we added many new features to Alanbase: we focused on the work of brands with partners, added new mechanics, and made the software for creating affiliate programs even more convenient.
Here are some of them:
- Working with partners: simplified the work of the administrator with new functions. Now, you can share all the necessary information through the Alanbase account, and we also added new widgets;
- Mechanics: you can copy offers to other products with a couple of clicks and create more postback triggers;
- Convenience: massive domain replacement, all requests for access to offers are now in one place, and you can export cohort analysis with two clicks.
In total, we have added 14 features, and more details about each one are included in this material.
Working with partners
1. Customizable items in the partner menu
Now, in the settings, you can add a menu to display to the partner. This feature will help you share the necessary information and links with your partners. You can just add the desired item and attach the link, and your partners will see the data in their accounts.
You can add any links to the menu, for example:
- your social networks;
- websites;
- YouTube channel;
- docs with information;
- any link you want to share.
2. Adding new widgets to the dashboard
Now, you can display metrics in the dashboard in round chart format with the ability to add many columns for output. For example, it is convenient to view GEO on such diagrams:
3. The ability to share basic statistics
Now, you can share statistics. The administrator just needs to set filters to show specific data and expand the window by link. To view statistics from the link, you do not need to register or create an account.
4. Access to any partner's account directly from the administrator's office.
You no longer need to go to the “Partners” tab and search for the right affiliate, now the administrator sees all the partners in one place in his personal account, and with one click, you can go to the partner's account.
Mechanics
1. Copying the offer to another product
You no longer need to create copies of the offer in different products: with a couple of clicks, you can copy the offer to any other product in Alanbase. At the same time, nothing superfluous is copied: terms, landing pages, promotional materials, and postbacks are removed from the offer.
2. Creating postback triggers.
Now, the postback can be triggered not only when creating a conversion but also when changing the conversion status. For example, a postback can be sent when a conversion is converted to the "Confirmed" status or when the payout status is changed.
3. Creating invoices using the API
The administrator can now use the API:
- generate invoices for partners;
- view the invoice sheet;
- update the status;
- change the status.
4. Cohort analysis now includes statistics for 270 days instead of 180.
The 270-day cohort analysis is available for both administrators and partners.
Convenience
1. Partner ID search function in the "Individual conditions" section
There are many individual conditions for products, and time is spent searching for each one. Now, in the Alanbase account, you can quickly filter conditions by partner ID.
2. Displaying partners who are awaiting pre-moderation in the admin's profile
You no longer need to go to each offer to grant access to partners. Now, the administrator sees all the partners who are waiting for access to offers in one convenient table:
3. Mass domain replacement in the target link in the offers
If the domain has been banned, with just a couple of clicks, you can change the old domain to a new one in the target links of all offers or select several offers. When replacing, Alanbase immediately automatically replaces the domain in all or in individual offers. You can also choose whether or not to use a replacement in landing pages.
4. Displaying the number of requests in the offer
Now, in the "Offers" section, the administrator can see all the offers for pre-moderation in a separate window. He can reject or confirm them.
5. Export of cohort analysis
Now, you can export cohort analysis for the entire period (up to 270 days) in CSV and XLSX formats.
6. Integration of the usage period in invoices and invoices
In your personal account, you can see for what period each invoice was created.
