I have been working with s3ra for 5 months now. I drive traffic on CPL for dating and I would like to note that the guys always have a good pool of converting offers for adult on tier1 geo and Europe (especially highlighted would be Germany, France and Spain from them). Everything is always good with payouts (there was once delayed payment for a day, but I wrote to their manager and he fixed it). I don't know and never heard anything about the payouts, they have a good support team. Feedback speed at the level (ment. @holoden), often advise links and add fresh offers. Overall, so far so good, we'll see how it'll work in the future) I recommend it!
