As a somewhat new customer, I had a great experience with their support team. They are prompt, efficient, and helpful. Every time I had an issue, I got the help I needed. As a user of their platform, I think overall they have created a powerful platform. (I switched from another platform.) However, there are some opportunities to enhance the user experience and make it more user-friendly. That way, their awesome support team can focus more on challenging and technical issues. Overall, great company, highly recommended.
