Blackboard Training provides training and support services for institutions and educators using the Blackboard learning management system.

Features:

•  in order for you to receive their payments you need to have a PayPal account;
•  to get started with them, first you need to apply to the program and if you meet their requirements they will accept you and provide you with a special URL to any page you want;
•  in order for you to get a payout, you need to make at least $20 in commissions;
•  they send your commissions on the 5th of every month.
