Since mid-November I have been trying to get paid by CJ. I am owed over $1 000. At that time, it was explained to me that I needed to update my tax information which I did. It took them 3 weeks to reply to my support ticket where I let them know that my information had been updated.

Me: Another week has passed - and over 2 months since my original inquiry. Still, no payment. Please tell me why. (No reply)

Me: Tried calling today. Was cut off with a message that said everyone was busy. Left a message and hoping to get a call back. What I need to know is if my current updated WBEN-8 is acceptable and if so, when will I get paid? I have not received anything since June 2021.

Feb. 23, 2022 (I call again)
CJ: We apologize for our delayed response. We are experiencing a severely high volume of cases and are working hard to respond to each one in the order it was received.

Me: Well, another 5 days has passed with no update from the "finance team". I don't blame you (name omitted), you seem very nice...something is very wrong at CJ though. I am owed over $1000 and can't even get anyone to look into this properly.
March 7, 2022 (I call again)
CJ: My colleague (name omitted) reached out to me and informed me of your call. I have contacted our Finance Team for an update and have asked for an expedited response regarding your payment. Once an update is received, I will follow up with you.
March 11, 2022 - Still no response.
March 15, 2022 - No "expedited response" from the "Finance Team". No payment.
March 23, 2022 - Called in to learn that a payment has been approved for $878. Crossing my fingers. Will update once it shows up in my account.
