All the positive reviews that you see. These are reviews from the internal department (traffic team).  Look at the screenshots, there is a payment of 500 rubles. These are the prices of their internal team. 

I started the traffic on September 6, from that moment I received 0 payouts 

There are single-type responses in support

some transactions are canceled, refer to the fact that my side could not accept the payment and talk about transferring to the crypt))) 

some applications are stupidly hanging unchanged 

I was ready to receive payment at the VMZ (now the rate is 74p there) 

but they can't even make a transfer there. 

Payments to cards have been disabled. They left the crypt and wmz.  The withdrawal to the crypt was canceled.
