AdToApp is an affiliate network that only buys mobile traffic using JavaScript technology (when users visit the site from mobile devices, a banner prompting them to download a game or application from AppStore or PlayMarket). The webmaster can choose from 6 types of banners, set up the categories of applications shown and limit the number of impressions per visitor.
Affiliate works on the CPI model, so the payment is made for the unique installs. In this case every new banner display is a different application, so you can get 2 or more installations from one user. Unfortunately, the system does not allow to see promoted offers.
I've tested a lot of ad networks and advertising mediation Appodeal. I can say about AdtoApp – that it's the most profitable and convenient mediation for a developer. High eCPM, 100% fill rate! Payouts are once a month! Profits are 20-30% higher than those of Appodeal.

Sometimes there are transitions on the ads, sometimes there are 0 clicks. The last few days there are no clicks at all. Traffic on the site is stable, apparently no advertising, 0 clicks.

In reply I got the following: "In recent years, advertising traffic for Russia significantly decreased, as a consequence of which the banner ads on the sites, the traffic of which is mainly from Russia, have been displayed very infrequently. Our specialists are already dealing with this problem and everything will be resumed in the near future, I apologize for the inconvenience.
