The organization is top, everything was on the level, so far there is not much to compare it with, but in general it is in order, I did not notice any complaints) Regarding the speakers, frankly, I only listened to the report of Sasha Slobozhenka and Anton Voistrikov, the rest of the time is dating, networking, it seems to me that this is what you should come for, all the reports will be in the public sooner or later, there is no point wasting time on them. I didn't have a specific goal at the conference, I walked around, looked, it was funny that you get to know a person - but it turns out that you have been interacting with the research institute for more than a year) And not an isolated case) It is very nice that there is such a party for like-minded people. Should newcomers attend conferences? Definitely yes, there is a need to put the question in a different way - what should newcomers do at conferences?
