Terrible customer support. They don't have neither live chat nor phone support even though they flame they have it. Customer support "Paul" is just soo baaad. I got into the affiliate program, got over 20 referrals, over 100$ worth of commissions and this dude comes saying I o my referred one active sign up so he wouldn't give me the payout, all he replied throughout 7 tickets is please read our affiliate information, he didn't give me any explanation. Even though if it had been one single referral they shouldn't have any problem giving me the payout, there is no policy where it says I can't get the comission of single referrals however this isn't also true as I mentioned it was 20 sign ups referred. Anyways, don't recommend this at all, at least the affiliate.

You might want to get your proxies elsewhere
Their proxies are slower than molases and many times they just time out.
Their support team are somewhat rude but do respond quickly to help desk tickets.
And if you are an affiliate for them and don't have or can't get a PayPal account they will not pay your commissions.
The only good thing I can say about them is their pricing is dirt cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.
My recomendation is get your proxies elsewhere.

KMA as one of the oldest affiliates (I know what I'm talking about) withstood all the hardships and came out the winner, which can't but speak about the quality of KMA management. I found an affiliate in some tops on the gut, I drove traffic hypertension on RF, the uprush was a bit higher than in other grids, but in other verticals not everything is so rosy. Then I found out that hypertension is historically strong vertical for KMA KC, I can't say about other categories - I split with other affiliate programs, the results are different.
