Offers: if you keep up with the news, chat and communicate with the support, there are very often top offers that convert well.

Approve: the average approve is 20-30%. Sometimes it can be higher and sometimes lower. Depends on the offer, the source, and your handicap. If you see a strong drawdown on approving then support deals with it with no problems. They did something with CC at my request once and approving increased!

For the beginners there are master classes from Lucky, where you can learn something new. I myself sometimes study there.
