It is clear that they do not pay anything. Who says otherwise, most likely are their own workers or simply fakes. First, they suck your income from partners, even write that the money is ready for withdrawal and bla-bla-bla...Then they arrange multiple checks of your accounts and in the end, like all sorts of crooks, remove them from their idiotic system without paying, of course. I'll say nothing about their workers-operators, half-women judging by the responses.
