terrible service, terrible customer service, biggest scam services. charging you for having bad service when you don't even have services to use. continues to charge even told them multiple times to cancel the entire account. bouncing around to different department then telling you the problem have been solved, but you will still getting charge every month for "canceled" services. When requested for supervisor or someone in charge that know what they doing, NO ONE AVAILABLE. THE WORST OF THE WORST, WOULD NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMED THIS TO ANYONE EVEN MY GREATEST ENEMY.

Luis has excellent customer service skills and can communicate his genuine attitude to helping people. His clear and precise explanation of things are a god sent. I hope more csa agents are tuned in to customers needs and want. Give Luis a raise!

I'm not sure if this has come up before, but Verizon needs to crack down on partners that do sketchy things to get new sign ups.
Today at around 6 PM, a person claiming to be from Verizon knocked on my door to ask if I have Verizon services. He even had a badge ID with the Verizon logo on it, making it seem like he is a Verizon employee. I already have Verizon services, so I decided to turn the tables and find out if he is really a Verizon employee. I asked him if he works for Verizon and why he couldn't just check in the system if I have service. He stated that he is from Verizon and made some excuse as to why he didn't have a chance to look it up. I asked him again if he actually works for Verizon or if he works for a Verizon partner. He then admitted that he works for a partner. I didn't ask for the name of the company he works for, but this type of practice being done by Verizon partners is incredibly sketchy.
Partners should not claim to be "from Verizon", nor should they wear badges that make it seem like they work for Verizon.

Overall, I found Hostwinds hosting to be so-so. Their plans are simple and offer good features, but the lack of credibility left me feeling uneasy. There were a few things about the whole process that were just… off.

Links are incredibly overpriced, probably marked up from a common reseller in the space. The quality and metrics just aren't there. I'd say they're probably about 4x the market rate for links of this quality.

What sets the Hoth apart is their customer service, both from the dedicated customer service team and also the account reps, Brittany and Taylor in this case.
They keep you in the loop about progress, and are quick and proactive to resolve issues. The SEO world is not without its difficulties so to have great customer service makes the process a lot better than their rivals. Highly recommend
