We realize that not all sites give equally good results in all verticals. Therefore, we strongly recommend using available tools to optimize campaigns.
We are sorry to hear that you came to this conclusion after two years of buying traffic in our advertising network. We will look at your case in more detail when you send us the data from the traffic tracker.
Please contact your account manager if you need additional assistance
Send your manager the data from your tracker so that we can additionally check the traffic you received. We always cooperate with advertisers, but we need your participation and data collected by you, which indicate low quality of traffic.
Blacklist works properly, it allows you to block traffic source ids and ip address ranges. You may have used it incorrectly or continued to receive clicks from blocked id's because they were clicks (it is impossible to get rid of this mechanics of push notifications).
You have received a recommendation from your personal manager. You then deactivated some campaigns after 1-2 days, but 18 campaigns were active until November 6. This is still too many if you want to get unique traffic. Your personal manager provided you with recommendations that you decided not to follow.
We also recommend checking the technical side of your offer. For example, one of your domains has been flagged as malicious by 11 security vendors. Other domains of your smartlink are also flagged. This can significantly affect the CR of your campaign.
If a campaign does not bring results, then there is no point in spending 70% of the budget to promote it. Write to the manager asking to find the reason for the lack of leads. The manager can also recommend Geo for promotion.
Send the data from the tracker to your personal manager if there are any complaints about the sites. We will examine the case in detail and check the publisher.

I personally checked your account and found a lot of errors in the settings and campaign management. You purchased traffic using three formats: Push, In-Page, and Onclick (Popunder and Direct Click traffic).
First of all, I want to pay attention to the campaign ****003 (I have hidden part of the ID for privacy reasons). The settings of this campaign contain obvious errors. For example, it was launched with the widest possible coverage - you didn't use almost any targeting, such as browser language (especially important for Tier-1 countries), browser targeting, traffic quality selection, etc.
The campaign was launched in the Web Push format, with targeting on iOS and Windows Phone. We remind you that Web Push is a Google technology, and it only works on Android devices. In addition, all available feeds were enabled in the campaign, although they are disabled by default. This means that you have connected more than 50 third-party partners, which makes it much more difficult to work with the campaign and requires a larger testing budget. Similar errors are present in your other Push campaigns, with the exception of using feeds.
To increase the effectiveness of Push campaigns, we recommend the following settings::
- Specify the browser language in the user's local language
- Choose the Chrome browser and Android devices
- Limit targeting to only the latest versions of operating systems
- Enable premium traffic only
Even such a basic set of settings could significantly improve your result.
I also checked your In-Page and Onclick campaigns. These formats do have lower traffic quality, but they have a low cost. Experienced advertisers choose them for their high ROI after proper optimization, but they are not suitable for a broad test and novice advertisers.
For example, in a campaign ****004 As with the others, there are no targeting settings at all. You didn't specify the language, browser, OS version, or disable proxy traffic or install click-capping. Feeds were also included on some campaigns.
For In-Page and Onclick formats, we always recommend:
- Disable proxy traffic
- Set click capping (limit the number of clicks per user)
- Set up targeting to get a more targeted audience
I also have to note that your account has a lot of campaigns rejected by moderation due to the use of creatives that violate the rules. This may indicate that you either deliberately tried to circumvent moderation, hoping for inattention, or did not familiarize yourself with the rules of our network.
We always try to avoid such mistakes for our advertisers, so when registering and after the first deposit, we offer help with campaign settings and can even provide whitelists of effective sites for your GEO, format and vertical of the offer. Unfortunately, you refused the manager's help.
Due to all of the above, this situation does not involve compensation. However, we are ready to consider your request for a refund if you provide the details on your part.
We need: Data from the tracker with site IDs and corresponding metrics, IP addresses, and User-Agent of users.
This is necessary so that we can compare your data with ours and with the data of the publisher to whom there are claims.
In conclusion, I would like to comment on the $5 limit and the traffic stop when this amount is reached. This restriction applies on our platform, as well as on many others working with Push traffic.
The fact is that push ads are delivered to the user's device, but they can open them after a few hours or even days. The user is not required to interact with the site at this moment. For example, they can leave their phone in the car and open a push message later. Even if the campaign has already been stopped, such clicks can still be counted. That is why there is a limit of $5. You can read more about this in the FAQ section.
