After registering, they didn't assign me a manager, as usual, but added me to the support chat. They have a mode of operation, but in the chat room someone will always answer. The approach is cool in this. They're friendly in their communication. Didn't work with the link before, at least here they told me how to deal with it in general. I can recommend them with peace of mind.
