Biaheza is a young internet entrepreneur who has made thousands of dollars online, primarily through dropshipping. He has built several dropshipping stores that generate 6 to 7 figures in revenue, and he also has a YouTube channel where he shares some of his online money-making strategies.
In this post, we'll be looking at how Biaheza was able to build a skincare product-based store with 1 000 daily converted customers. We'll look at the product and how he got the product idea, how he got traffic to the store he built for the product, the challenges he faced, total revenue, cost of ads, and income.
According to Biaheza:
"Some people might tell you that dropshipping is dead and over-saturated, but I'm here to tell you now that this is only a controversial statement. Selling products online is not yet a dying business."
The Product
In Biaheza's words, he said:
"There's a lot that plays into what makes a good winning product. You need to have some sort of "wow" factor, and I personally mainly sell products that solve some sort of problem. It's just the easiest type of product to market since you don't need to be a creative genius to sell a product that fixes a problem. Naturally, people buy products that solve problems."
The product Biaheza chose to sell is a skin microcurrent device, which is usually used in skin microcurrent therapy.
"Microcurrent devices use low-voltage electricity to give your facial muscles a workout. They deliver little shocks to the muscle which helps tone the muscle and boosts cellular activity"
As people age, the muscles in their faces begin to atrophy, resulting in the appearance of loose skin. The natural decline in muscle strength that occurs with age can contribute to signs of aging in various areas of your face, including your chin and eyelids. According to Emma Goodman, an esthetician, the goal of microcurrent therapy is to strengthen those muscles and encourage a more lifted appearance.
Microcurrent has been used for decades, particularly in physical therapy, and it is extremely safe, effective, and precise.
"Physical therapists have used microcurrent therapy treatments for pain relief and even facial paralysis conditions since the 1970s".
Additionally, microcurrent may help stimulate collagen production because ATP is also used for collagen production. Collagen is a protein in the skin that helps give it structure, contributing to a plump, firm complexion.
"This therapy is often used in physical therapy and has been shown in studies to promote wound healing," Dr. Lal says.
While an in-office treatment will offer more dramatic results, regular at-home microcurrent treatments can result in tighter, more lifted-looking skin, hence the reason this is a winning product.

How to Build a Store for a Skincare-Based Product
The most important aspect to consider when designing a store like this is the product's aesthetic appeal because it is in the skincare beauty niche, it must properly demonstrate some epitome of beauty. So, always make sure your store is extremely beautiful and attractive.
Skinfion was chosen as the store's name because it sounds brandable with skin as an addition to keyword input.
Biaheza spent two days building the store, averaging two hours per day. He emphasized that the product page is the most important in the store. This is because the majority of buyers who come to make a purchase land directly on the Product page; they have nothing to do with the homepage or any other type of page. That doesn't mean you shouldn't make an effort to make other pages look appealing, but not in the same way you would with a product page.
Some things to include on a product page are:
How to Get Traffic to a Skincare-Based Product Through Tiktok Ads
In the past Biaheza used Facebook Ads for driving traffic, but not anymore. He said:
"In the past, it made the most sense to advertise using Facebook ads, but as their ads grew more expensive with more counter-regulated rules for online campaigns it became just less effective."
So, instead of Facebook, he used Tiktok paid ads, and he used Alisave to download product videos from the AliExpress supplier's product page to create videos for his TikTok ads. Although it is not free, Alisave allows you to download product images and videos from AliExpress product pages. Biaheza paid $50 to use Alisave, plus another $50 for editing and putting together the videos. He chose to outsource video editing because he wanted professional-looking videos.
So what he used were Tiktok paid ads instead of Facebook. To make videos for his TikTok ads, he used a service called Alisave to download the product's videos from the AliExpress supplier's product page. Alisave allows you to download product images and videos from the AliExpress product page, though it's not free. It cost Biaheza $50 to use Alisave, and he spent an additional $50 for editing and putting together the videos. He decided to outsource the video editing because he wanted professionally edited videos.
The next step was to install the Tiktok pixel page on the store, which will allow Tiktok to collect data on the types of customers who come to the store as well as optimize the type of people to show the ads to. To do this, the Shopify account had to be linked to the Tiktok ads account.
At this point, one of the following two things can happen: Tiktok will either immediately disapprove or approve your application, or the application will enter a pending mode.
The Challenges of Running a Skincare-Based Product with Tiktok Ads
Biaheza has ten different ad sets, but his application was denied by Tiktok because the landing page belongs to the prohibited industry of the targeted location. At this point, he filed a request for a manual review, which took two days.
Interestingly, even after a manual review, the application did not still receive Tiktok's approval. The reason stated this time was that the product is a pharmaceutical product, and most advertisers are upfront about such products because most promoters may not have the medical expertise to vet the product's authenticity. Nonetheless, the product is not a pharmaceutical, but rather a therapeutic product.
In his words, Biaheza said:
"Maybe because I have the ingredients of the serum that is meant to be used with a microcurrent device on the product page. So I'm gonna try to move that section away from the product page and then create some new ad sets and try to launch those because I kind of get it from their perspective. If there's a bunch of Pharma-related ingredients listed on the product page, I can see how they might think that it's a pharmaceutical product".
It was approved after the changes were made and a new application was submitted. As a result, you must be cautious about what you put on your product page to avoid bans and delays from ad platforms.
The Result of the Campaign
After about 30 minutes that the ads had been delivered, the store got its first sale of $47.98, with 124 visitors and 26 live visitors.
Three hours later, the store had $275 in revenue, and a closer look at the last hour revealed a significant increase in sales; perhaps the ads are simply being indexed and properly optimized by Tiktok.
Tiktok, however, paused all of Biaheza's advertisements with the same claim that the product is pharmaceutical. This time, he completely restructured the store in terms of the keywords used.
For example, when he used the serum, he substituted gel, and he did the same with other medical and pharmaceutical terms. Rather than waiting for a two-day manual review, Biaheza changed the ad's URL link from the homepage to the product page directly. Following these changes, the ads were approved and started running smoothly.
Here is the milestone of the store's set-up:
Day 1 and 2: Product search and store building.
Day 3 and 4: Tiktok ads application.
Day 5 and 6: Tiktok manual review application.
Day 7: The first time the ads were delivered, they generated $275 in revenue before being halted by Tiktok ads.
Day 8: The ads ran flawlessly, and the store reached $1 019.56.
So it took him 8 days to start his brand new skincare-based product store from scratch and make a thousand dollars.

Conclusion
In this post, we looked at how Biaheza, an internet entrepreneur, created Skinfion, a skincare-based product store, and generated $1 019.56 in revenue in 8 days using TikTok ads. The product, a skin microcurrent device, has low competition, and sourcing it from a Chinese store like Aliexpress will allow you to sell it at a lower price than the high prices on many large marketplaces like Amazon. These two factors will ensure the success of your business venture.
One of the most difficult aspects of establishing a store like this is ensuring a smooth promotional campaign free of bans. TikTok's policy prohibits the promotion of pharmaceutical products in our case study, but Biaheza overcame this challenge and made a profit. The difficulties in establishing these stores vary by niche.
