Search Engine Monopolies: Companies that Are Dominating the World’s Search Engine Results

Ever wondered why it’s difficult to overtake some websites on the search engine rankings. It’s because most of them are under the ownership of large companies that aim to dominate the top ranks of search engines in almost all keywords. These large companies are creating a new level of internet monopolies called search engine monopolies. The websites they own altogether attract millions of organic visitors per month from Search engines which enables them to earn millions of dollars per month in ad revenue and affiliate commissions.

There are mainly 16 companies that are accountable for forming search engines monopolies and in this article, we are analyzing these companies, the various websites they own, and the niches/ keywords they dominate.
