I represent the affiliate program
Signing up to the Udemy affiliate program is quite simple and relatively straight forward.
There is a link to the affiliate sign up page at the bottom of every page (except the actual course pages).
Simply click on the link to be taken to the `sales page’, where the advantages of the affiliate program are espoused. There is a simple red “Join now” button near the top of the page. This will take you to the actual application form.
Acceptance into the affiliate program is not guaranteed! Your application will be vetted (within 3–4 business days) and your acceptance (or not) will be emailed to you.
The major factor Udemy uses for determining your suitability to be an affiliate for them is the standard/quality of the website (your blog etc) you are going to use to promote Udemy. If your web presence is not up to scratch, they will turn down your application!
Thus, the Udemy affiliate program may not be the best choice for a newbie affiliate marketer! You need a reasonably mature web site to be accepted by Undemy…..

Personally, I think that the Udemy affiliate program is not worth joining. The 15% commission from low-priced courses will earn you only a few dollars per referral. If you don’t have decent website traffic, you cannot expect to earn much.
Even if you have a website with decent traffic, I still recommend not to join the program. Instead, create a course yourself and sell it on your website. You can earn much more selling your courses than promoting courses on Udemy.

Udemy Affiliate Marketing is definitely a very welcoming and helpful program. The advantage of being a Udemy Affiliate is that the platform provides thousands and thousands of potential courses to sell and a multitude of niche topics to focus on promoting. And it does a ton of promotion itself.
