I don't know about anyone else, but my managers steadily take away 10-15% every month. When I asked them why they do it, they told me it's because of fraud. Why do they find fraud, if they are already displayed in the statistics as fraud? And why there is such a stable percentage? Why not 3-5%? I used to get 20%.
