I started to drive traffic on their product VULCAN 24 and VULCAN DELUX, everything was good until I started driving a good amount of traffic there, at that point WelcomePartners requested proofs of the traffic (I have provided all of the proofs), they said that they will hold and eventually they should pay out everything, knowing that I still continued driving traffic on them for a week. But in a week, I've found out from my aquaintances that this case is not unique and they do not want to pay anything! Eventually I didn't get anything.

For what reasons they did not do this, we do not know. Just as it is unclear to us for what reason you have decided that it was us who had something to do with the non-payment of funds. If you had previously worked with WelcomePartners and we had refused to pay you, for one reason or another, we could explain these reasons. In this case, we can not comment on the situation, due to the fact that you have not worked with us, but with another affiliate program. We have not seen your traffic and cannot draw any conclusions.
We recommend you to continue the dialogue with the affiliate program that has not paid you money. And stop spreading unconfirmed information about WelcomePartners, having no experience with it.

Within the framework of cooperation with AlfaLeads there were cases of withholding payments for traffic for the following reasons.
In the context of different traffic sources, appropriate conditions are issued, which are stipulated even before the launches. If there is a substitution (partial or complete substitution by another source, which does not correspond to the declared one) on the flow, which was issued for one traffic source - the whole flow is withheld for an attempt to cheat.
Source substitution is cheating, which equates to fraud.
Within one partner, the Partner Program reserves the right to block a partner's account, even without prior notice, upon inspection if violations of the terms of cooperation are detected.
Within a reseller, we ask you to stop the flow completely and not to run it on our affiliate offers anymore.
The methodology of the analysis of indicators and their detailed composition is part of the antifraud system, and cannot be disclosed to third parties.

Since you said that you were driving traffic through Alfaleads and have not received your money - of course on this issue you should contact the company you were negotiating with, which was recommended to you by the manager.
We can not comment on the relationship between our affiliate program and the AlfaLeads CPA network for one simple reason - you are a third party in the current matter, no matter how it sounds.
If Alfa or any other CPA-network sends their request to us as part of their links - we help them in solving or giving an answer to the question posed. But it is not the norm for any affiliate program to discuss the flows of an CPA network without their knowledge.

In particular, the advertiser Welcome Partners has notified us about the suspicion of a switched source of traffic.
