No questions about the customer service. They pay regularly (the minimum is 100 euros). The support team is adequate, there were no complaints from my side. As in the other affiliate programs that I have faced, I did not get the claimed 30%, instead I got 11-16%. If you do not constantly attract new players, you'll go back to the 2% rate.
