blocking my queries

This company is a disgrace. They have taken €150 of my money and will not return it to me without any explaination or help. They are refusing to have a manager deal with my query, then agent is blocking my queries, my balance is showing zero and they will not confirm there details with the betting regulator.

They do not pay you. My request was at 10 of February and three months later they didn't pay a penny. If you have any profit unfortunately you lost it from them..
