Mainly I use it for Europe and Latin America. Quality of traffic (especially after smart optimization) is very satisfying. For Europe I use CPC model, for Lat America in my experience it is better to use CPM. Although there are good results with CPC model, the main thing to choose a good offer(a), working and create a good branding.
I'm glad that they have recently added the ability to put separate bids for each ID zone - this option is good for detailed micromanagement of campaigns. So, actively use this innovation)
