I was looking at the dating offers my manager gave me. I picked up the bundles with him. 
At first, there was a minus, but after his recommendations on optimizing the campaign, we managed to turn into a plus.
I like that the approach is individual, not formulaic. 

and I can say one thing – if the hands grow from the right place and the traffic is normal, then the result will be. Offers are not dead, support is not robots, the office does not slow down. Everything is working as it should. Sometimes they even offer something new that can really work, rather than just sitting and waiting for you to figure it out on your own.
