I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE! THE BENCH!

Good day! I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't resist.

I decided to test the Clickadilla advertising grid using popander and classic push notification formats. Replenished the balance by $150 (received $30+ on the promo code). I started driving traffic popander, started with a minimum, slowly increasing the bid, the traffic went up a bit, websites, browsers, operating systems, and so on were displayed correctly in the statistics.
Then, on March 1, 2025, he created several push campaigns, also starting with a minimum bid, gradually increasing it. There was almost no traffic, but then on March 4 in the evening I found -27$ on my balance. I found a bunch of left-hand sites in the statistics (you can see this on the screenshot, this is only a part, you can add only 1 screenshot here, unfortunately). It will immediately become clear to any arbitrageur that this is bot traffic - just look at the CTR, not to mention the domains (Let me remind you, the format is classic push notifications!!!)

I wrote to my personal manager to clarify the situation, to which I received a reply that she had a vacation and tomorrow morning (March 6, approximately) She'll answer me.
I immediately wrote to the online manager on the website, to which I received a response.:

"None of the campaigns have set limits. Since our system works on the principle of an auction, sometimes you can get into an overdraft. To avoid this, we recommend setting limits"

When asked what the limits have to do with it, if your purely bot sites have eaten up the entire balance, I did not receive an answer.
Then I decided to write to the support in their official tg channel, to which they replied that they had passed the information to their personal manager.
As a result, the next day (March 6) the manager didn't write to me, I wrote to her myself - there was zero response! I wrote to tg support again and got a reply.:

"Hello, the manager works on such a schedule that these days were days off for her. We will ask you to come back with an answer as soon as possible."

I asked if there was a way to provide another manager during my personal absence (let me remind you, this is the middle of the working week), to which I received an answer.:

"Other managers also have days off. Camila will reply to you soon"

I was already shocked by the attitude towards customers in this network, so I decided to wait, as the support recommended. The next day, the personal manager still did not write, he wrote himself - there was zero response, only later that night I received an answer.:

"Hello! Sorry for the long answer. The balance went into negative territory due to the fact that you did not set limits in your campaigns. Sites are displayed this way because publishers chose to indicate them this way. These are domains, I recommend using a tracker to get detailed statistics on these sites, as well as create white/black lists based on them. We recommend using the Autoadjust function, then the price in the campaign will be automatically optimized according to its settings, and will remain competitive at the auction. We also recommend using limits, such as the budget limit. However, we do not recommend setting small limits of 5-10$ or the equivalent in impressions"

To this, I clarified whether her sites and their CTR (with push!!!) were not confusing, to which I received an answer.:

"The high click-through rate in your statistics may be due to several factors. One possible reason is the effectiveness of your targeting strategy, which may attract more clicks from certain regions or demographic groups. However, discrepancies between the number of clicks and actual visits may occur due to differences in tracking methods. Clicks are recorded when the ad is clicked, and visits are recorded when the user loads the site. This can lead to an overestimated number of clicks if users do not wait for the page to load fully.

In addition, the TTL (lifetime) of push notifications is 24 hours, so clicks can continue to register even after the campaign is suspended, which can artificially increase CTR."

I asked about a refund, due to the frankly low-quality traffic, but I didn't get an answer..

I was shocked, honestly. I have never seen such an attitude towards clients before. Yes, I understand that there are unscrupulous people who provide traffic to advertising grids, and it is not immediately possible to detect it, BUT in other grids they immediately react to this, they return the money that was wasted, and those sites are banned and simply no longer work with them. Since there is at least some concept of reputation or something.. And then you're still guilty in the end) For the lack of limits)))

Now I realized that the positive reviews on such sites are oh so well-hyped) Everyone will draw conclusions for themselves.

If you need this kind of traffic, then welcome to Clickadilla!

P.S. If the management from Clickadilla suddenly sees this review and is still able to solve my refund problem, then my tg @dekofe. All screenshots of correspondence and statistics are saved.

Have a productive day, everyone!

Good grid for both beginners and experienced! Guys try to make your work easier and clearer, often cool updates and interesting novelties in the system are released.

Support deserves special praise - fast, high-quality and on the case! Always prompt and advise how to do better, all for you to explain and just humanly support if necessary!

From the minuses I can single out strict moderation compared to other networks.

Overall very satisfied, glad to cooperate!
