One day I got a cold call from TradeTracker about advertising our cell phone website and decided to work with them as our marketing agency. What a mistake that was! Initially setting up the process with them was pretty clear and quick, but everything started to go wrong at one point !!! Initially we were assigned an account manager who was not the least bit interested in us. He ignored us for weeks and was very rude when we did manage to talk to him. Nothing was happening in terms of any decent sales. We didn't end up in Google shopping, our web traffic didn't increase. All of this went on for months, but nothing ever happened. Then we found out that their partners were putting Google Ads on our site, so every time we referred customers to our site, they would get a commission for every sale we generated. They didn't put ads or anything on our competitors' sites. We complained about our account manager's attitude and lack of communication, but we got nothing back. We left a message on their main phone answering machine and again nothing. And I only got a response when I left a public comment on their LinkedIn page. We highlighted our concerns and problems and were given another account manager and all sorts of assurances that things would now be done differently. Initially it did: things got better, we made a plan, and we had daily communication. Then they started asking for an increase in the commission that was originally agreed upon. We were already fairly well priced in the market and worth 40££ less than our main competitors. We emailed, but got a reply that the manager was on vacation. Finally, after some persistence, we received a call and confirmed that we wanted to end the partnership. We have yet to get a final invoice and receive an invoice with all the duplicate commissions. This has all been going on for four weeks now. Today we received a threat that if we don't pay all of our duplicate transactions within 7 days, that information will be turned over to collection agencies. This is a waste of time. They invented some new accounting system, saying that all previous years they've worked in deficit, now if someone wins more than someone loses, then do not expect money. If you want the same income as there was before, you have to make 20+ new deposits every month. They have come up with a new system - 40% of losing dough, but they unfortunately do not lose? They blocked my account, which is over a year old with $2k in my account for "clear case of false lead generation among your conversions". All my traffic comes from SEO, not paid, and they know all my sources. My sites had been fined by Google for months and I hardly sent any traffic to the affiliate, but a few weeks ago they recovered for some keywords and I started sending new traffic to CrakRevenue smartlink because I found that they were changing the landing pages (before the Google fines I had sent most of my traffic to another affiliate and started sending now). Everything was fine, but a few days ago they just banned me. And of course, they don't explain what false lead generation is, how many false leads there were, where they came from. (I don't know, maybe a couple of conversions via vpn or proxy, a couple of dozens), etc. But they just banned and stole my money.
