I contacted the technical support, answered some nonsense of the type, and whether you are sure that it was in our company, and whether the correct screenshot you attached. I did not understand half of what they wrote. Some kind of instruction on how to properly fill out the request, of course not. After rejection of my appeal with this task, which I performed, it was impossible to do anything at all, no edits or re-sends, not even to see some numbers. The links to the appeal, which were in the letter, no longer work.
I suspect that among the list of tasks to pass the game to a certain stage, I found another task for the same game and clicked on it to see what they offer there and how it even works. In the active assignments, the old one seemed to be immediately replaced by a new one with a different reward size and possibly a different assignment ID. I assume that this immediately violated the point that says that the reward will be given only, for the first download of the application. But then this is a clear error of the service! The service should not show tasks at all, for which the user will not be able to get a reward. And if it showed, it should not allow him to perform it, especially when another task is active for the same game.
In general, I as a user of this service seems like a scam, and as a developer - too unreliable, as users it will turn away. I do not think it is worth messing with them.
The company carries out the issuance of tasks in various applications - for in-game currency. Performed four such tasks.
The first paid instantly.
The second completed - in the list of completed status is not displayed. Something to prove they could not. Screenshots, etc. sent.
The third and fourth tasks after completion in the list of tasks - immediately the status of "completed". Game currency is not accrued. Inquiries responded to ... up to a week. Reluctantly, and essentially just unsubscribe. We can not help you, etc. The company is unscrupulous, its obligations are not fulfilled.
