I contacted the technical support, answered some nonsense like whether you are sure that it was in our company, and whether you attached the correct screenshot. I did not understand half of what they wrote. Of course there wan't any kind of instruction on how to properly fill out the request. After rejection of my appeal with this task, which I performed, it was impossible to do anything at all, no edits or re-sends, not even to see some numbers. The links to the appeal, which were in the letter, no longer work.
In the active assignments, the old one seemed to be immediately replaced by a new one with a different reward size and possibly a different assignment ID. I assume that this immediately violated the point that says that the reward will be given only, for the first download of the application. But then this is a clear error of the service! The service should not show tasks at all, for which the user will not be able to get a reward. And if it showed, it should not allow him to perform it, especially when another task is active for the same game.In general, I as a user of this service seems like a scam, and as a developer - too unreliable, as it will turn away users. I do not think it is worth messing with them.
