Worked on the project before the change of moderators. Support was at the great level, and quick answers, and help, even when by mistake I wrote not my manager. Urgent payments were made the day after the order, sites were checked almost the same day.
Everything has changed dramatically with the change of moderators. Payments are delayed, checking sites also hangs. It is unclear whether there are just more users, or moderators in compartments engaged in the wrong thing ....
But it killed something else - here and on other review sites I've read that you can get a ban if the list is sites with uninstalled codes.
I had those. Video format was constantly glitching, push in paget was too intrusive. Codes of these formats were removed. but in the list of sites they were still listed as active. After reading the reviews, afraid that they will stop for inadequate traffic, wrote to support with a request to remove the inactive sites or at least stop. I explained the reason for the request. And got super help - deleting the entire account.

Moderation in our project absolutely has not changed, changed the policy of approval and moderation of sites, we monitor the quality of traffic that is redeemed by our advertisers, it is important that the site was qualitative and traffic on it was not suspicious,
If site is not qualitative and traffic is suspicious our managers transfer source to inactive status, always contact webmaster, after they will check it thoroughly and if webmaster can not provide us proof that traffic is not cheated then account is going to be banished. If you can provide a screenshot of such feedback, please send us.
You are saying that your sites are of high quality and the traffic is also good, and you were banned for nothing,
We suggest you retest the traffic, if your sources are really good quality, we will unban your account and make you a 5$ bonus for comfortable return to our platform. Otherwise, we will have to advise other networks not to work with you.
