It's funny that here and on other sites for every bad review propeller pours 2-4 good ones, with clearly written text charged with "success".
You have a clear problem - it's a massive block of accounts. Bad support that works like robots, they don't think at all and respond with standard phrases. They do not try to get involved in user problems. I guess the reason for that is the big influx of workers fleeing the ship? Or is it the massive blackmail and stealing of clients' money? When you block money in your account, you don't need a smart support service.
Going back to KYC checks. I understand that in a country that theorizes the whole world, it is accepted even in the shuttle bus to let in a KYC form, but can you do it more softly? For example first ask this form at registration? Or give some kind of warning for a while without stopping traffic? People plan, spend money, people have a running business, you fund your account, and then bam and you're banned and the money is no longer yours. And all that happened was they suddenly wanted to know a bunch of documents and that's the reason for the blocking. That is, the client didn't violate anything. He didn't do anything wrong and just got in trouble.
This practice is similar to terrorism with the taking of money. First you take the money, and then "they don't exist" and "give me the documents" and give me something that doesn't exist, the main thing is to make more problems.
