If you do not go to their conditions, they limit your traffic and your spent per day is 1-2$. It is clear that no one is interested in these pennies.

Also, your account will be stopped out of the blue just to ask you for documents and verify your identity. This will also take a few days. And it will happen exactly after you replenish your balance!
