I`ve always been amazed by companies that like to receive a lot of emails from customers in their support to provide standard information about the functionality of their service. Because the technical data posted on their site isn`t at all enough to figure it out and get started.
For whom did you make this site for yourself or for your clients?
If for yourself so sit in your cellar and don`t climb out into the world. And if suddenly for customers, when they send you letters with a request for information regarding your service, then they need to be answered - this is the job of technical support, isn't it?
