Some kind of queen named Valeria is sitting as a manager, he just killed a day to correspond with her, as a result, they refused and the reason they need big budgets, but after all, if each partner is accepted who will drive traffic even this amount, then there will already be a profit in the amount. In general, as they have already written in other comments, they are not interested in other partners, this is either a closed $ of some kind or it is beneficial to them who will drive traffic a lot of that then throw and not pay. You can contact them only through a chat on their website, now they have cut off the chat altogether and there is no connection with them. In general, draw your own conclusions, should you register here, or maybe look for managers who are more friendly and understanding)
