After the publication, representatives of 888Star actually contacted me and promised to resolve the issue again.

I provided absolutely everything that was asked of me: correspondence, evidence, account information, and followed all the managers' instructions. In February, a company representative publicly wrote that the issue would be closed by the end of the week and even apologized on behalf of the entire company.

During this time, the problem has not been solved.

Moreover, after my first review, another representative of the company contacted me, who also promised to help. However, after several messages, communication simply stopped, and the question again remained without any result.

At the moment, I'm not even talking about the entire disputed amount, which initially caused the conflict. I ask you to withdraw at least those funds that are already on the balance and are available for payment — about 5,000 dollars. But even this issue has not been resolved by the company for several months.

The most disappointing thing is not the problem itself, but the attitude towards the partner. I was repeatedly promised to figure it out, given specific deadlines, asked to provide documents and perform additional actions. It was all done by me. On the part of the company, I see only new promises and a lack of results.

I am attaching all screenshots of the correspondence. Everyone will be able to see for themselves how many times I was promised to resolve the issue and what it eventually led to.

I am attaching statistics from two of my partner accounts to this review so that it is clear that we are not talking about multiple registrations. I have been working with MelBet for several years, brought a large number of players and brought the company a significant amount of traffic.

I worked with the first partner program from about the end of 2019 to 2022. All this time, I've been developing the project and steadily bringing in new players. After a while, without any serious explanation, the brand traffic commission was reduced to 10%. After that, it became pointless to work under such conditions, and I stopped cooperating.

Later, I decided to give MelBet another chance and opened a second affiliate account. Before starting work, I specifically discussed this issue with the manager. My main condition was that I would not have my commission reduced to 10% for brand traffic again. The manager assured me that there would be no such problems, and it was after these arrangements that I started working again.

For the next two years or so, I steadily brought players and developed traffic again. However, after a while, the story completely repeated itself — one day my commission was reduced again to 10%.

What angers me most is not the fact of the commission reduction itself, but the lack of uniform rules for all partners.

I personally know many webmasters who have been working with brand traffic for years, including through Telegram, and continue to receive 35-50% commission without any restrictions. Moreover, there are partners who are initially set 50% without any "ladders" and additional conditions.

In my case, it was enough that competitors created Telegram channels on my behalf or tried to harm my work. After that, I was the one who immediately had my commission reduced to 10%. At the same time, these same people continued to work quietly from their main channels and receive a high percentage. To me, this approach looks extremely unfair.

I have also repeatedly had questions about player retention statistics. Over time, the activity of a large number of players attracted by me, according to my observations, decreased significantly, which raised questions. However, I have not received any clear explanations about this.

The most unpleasant thing in this situation is the violation of agreements. Initially, I honestly told the manager that I would return to work only on condition that the 10% commission story would not happen again. I was promised that. I fulfilled my part of the agreements, worked with the partner program for several years, but in the end the promises were not kept.

I'm not asking for any special conditions for myself. If there are certain rules, they should be the same for all partners. You can't allow some people to work with 35-50% brand traffic for years, and others to reduce their commission to 10% in one day after several years of cooperation.

I am writing this review not to offend anyone, but so that other webmasters understand what I personally encountered. I am ready to confirm all my words with statistics from two partner accounts, which I attach to the review, as well as correspondence with managers. Everyone will be able to draw their own conclusions.

I have been working with this affiliate program for about two years and have brought a lot of traffic. All this time, a personal manager worked with me, who helped with creatives, payments and other work issues.

At some point, the manager asked me to link a gaming account to one of my accounts, explaining that it was "just for show," and payments, as before, would come to my crypto wallet. I trusted him because we had been working together for a long time. Payments did arrive for a while, but after about a month they stopped completely.

After that, I stopped working with 88Star for about a year. When I decided to go back and log in to my accounts, I found that the situation had become even worse. I had two accounts in the affiliate program, and the passwords on both were changed without my participation. Moreover, payment details have been changed on one of the accounts.

According to my calculations, I lost over 40,000 USD as a result of these events.

I contacted other managers and 88Star support, explained the situation in detail and asked for a check, but I did not receive any real help. No one wanted to figure out who changed account data and when, although such actions should be recorded in the system.

Moreover, today I still have about 4,200 dollars available for withdrawal, but even with the withdrawal of these funds, no one helps me. The responses come with long delays or the problem is simply ignored.

I cannot understand how an affiliate program can simultaneously change passwords on two of my accounts and payment details without my knowledge, while the company does not conduct an internal investigation and does not help its partner, who has worked with it for many years.

I still have correspondence with the manager, work history and other materials. I'm ready to provide them if the company really wants to figure out what happened.

I am posting this review to warn other webmasters. If you work with 88Star, regularly check your account settings, payment details, and save all correspondence with your managers. Unfortunately, my experience of cooperation ended with the loss of a large amount of money and a complete lack of help from the company.
