EDIT: it’s been 24 hours since I emailed them with my email as per their trustpilot response offering to refund. I am yet to receive any reply. EDIT 2: clear corrupt company. They edited their trustpilot response to now say ‘we cannot provide a refund’ where initially they stated they were going to refund me. Chargeback will be filed. Once again, BEWARE of this company."

Chime is a terrible company i had an issue i filed several transaction disputes and never had update into the process although they suspended card unti lmy new one arrived due to the sevetal transactions on account that i did not do one for 1,050 yeah plus roughly 10 plus more for smaller amounts .. So i go to use my card and they closed my account with no advance warning i did also have direct deposit which because it was so sudden not having time prior to notify i woukd have a bank change really screwed me .emailed called etc over a month with no response period but i do know they spoke to someone about my account .not me....i do not have anyone authorized on my account other than myself to speak to on that matter .but they want to hold the most higeat regard and care for the c hime members in apoernetlt violated policy line 2 section 9 something like that deposit afreement thats the answer i get when I send basically what i wrote here to explsin to me wht i an the victin ans they just throw me under the bus i did exactly what they said as car as my charges i did make they just don't care.had to beg for my statement and I had to emaul from another email other then one on my account couldn't get them to answer from that one oh but from anothet email they answered given me run around as they sit all holyer then tho basically stealing my money i said it yup ....chimr not caring about what hspoenend to me there vslued so called valued memebr close account not answer to why i didnt get the didputes handled just oh i violated polict with them so they send me link to look ovorr policy i guess im supose to close my eyes and picj on oh thats what i did ...no there straight up crooks.
