Support non-existent. Paid for PRO version of two plugins, for two different sites (4 total premium subscriptions), and no response after 4 days. Site non-functional due to latest updates. This is not the first time they've been unhelpful or non-responsive.

Always easy to work with Dokan Team because support is always prompt and effective. Jahidul Hassan has always assisted in fast and effective response and made working with Dokan a pleasant experience. Would definitely recomend buying the plugin and upgrading as well.
