"Unfortunately, we can not voice the reasons, as decisions of the Policy department are not commented and not discussed." is the only response from the manager that I could get on the reason for the blocking.
So I do not recommend working with this network, if you want to quietly leak traffic)

Unfortunately, without seeing the creatives you're talking about, we can't comment on their content in any way. The absence of overly explicit photos is not the only requirement. Perhaps some of our other rules have been violated.

It's very convenient not to have to give a reason when you take the money. Generally speaking, you can be sued for this kind of thing.
