I started working with this network 2 months ago. Tested 2 formats tablink, and popunder. After the tests, the choice stopped on the popander format, found 2 sites and added them to the white list. Traffic on these sites was not so much, but it was, and then generally the number decreased to a minimum. I write to support why the amount of traffic decreased? And will there be a redemption on these sites in the future? The amount of traffic decreased from 14000tis to 500. The manager writes: Okay, I will pass the information to my colleagues in the Technical Department. As soon as I get an answer, I'll get back to you. I waited for an answer for a month and a half, and so specifically they did not answer my question. Support Bottom, do not want to move at all. This is the worst support I've ever met. Now it remains to find out that support cannot return traffic in any way. If the publisher has left the grid / there is less organic traffic, no one will return it. Many pubs work with a bunch of grids, splitting and depending on which one is more profitable for them to buy out.

It's all clear. In my review, the emphasis is on support, and it's just terrible. Then why do they write that the technical department is solving your question? And in fact, for a month and a half, a hard ignore, they would have written an answer right away. And so I was not given a specific answer . Thanks for the answer
