At one point, my offers are turned off (in order for you to understand, the manager should inform you about this situation, and the sooner the better, because at that moment my traffic was going nowhere). I noticed that there are no conversions on January 16 (evening) (according to my analysis, the offers were turned off either on January 16 in the morning or on January 16 in the afternoon). The manager did not inform me, but only replied to my message the next day (on the 17th) that the offers were disabled and that they would stop the traffic (thank you, of course, but I already understood this without a manager and redirected it). And here the most interesting thing began. The manager did not know the reason for the stop, wrote that he would clarify and asked to inform him of the traffic source. A day later, I contacted them again, to which they replied that the advertiser did not want to pay for traffic because of Ford. I said I could provide a bunch, video accounts, screenshots. Anything + I asked to provide proof of fraud on my part and explain the situation to me in more detail, to which the manager replied with his favorite phrase, "I'm clarifying information on your questions." At the moment, no matter what I ask the manager, the answer to my question is the same. I was not provided with any evidence, explanation of the situation, or solutions to the situation. I am not being asked for any additional information. I've been waiting for at least some information for the 9th day. They are not in a hurry to pay me, they are not in a hurry to introduce me in more detail, the manager responds with blanks. That's how you drive traffic a normal bag. One day, you will be told that there is some imaginary fraud and the bill does not want to pay. And goodbye. Who are you to explain anything to you? If they wanted to pay, they didn't want to.  Unless, of course, there is a solution to the problem in the near future, I will try to resonate with the arbitration community about this situation. So far, something like that. I understand that there are different situations, but you need to notify your webmaster and look for a solution to the problem.
