I have worked with Author24 for more than 3 years. Two-factor authentication via Google authenticator codes was enabled in the account. I recently changed my phone and it became impossible to get the login code. I wrote to the support three times within 2 days about this problem and did not receive any response. Thus, I lost access to my account, earned funds on my balance sheet and future income from rebills. Moreover, in March-April, there was an extremely low income, which is not typical for this period. For example, in April 2021 I earned 46k, in 20 days of April 2022 - 9k, 4 of which I could not withdraw due to loss of access. Therefore, I also suspect a shave.
