Avantlink prides itself on being difficult to use. They have horrible customer service and shady practices where they hide many things. Not to mention the buggy interface. Highly recommend staying away.

I Recently Spent almost 1 500-1 700$ on Traffic Junky and I find the traffic absolute junk. Using Bemob Tracker, I was finding 40% clicks from China. Then, when I complaint about it, suddenly all of the campaigns were paused by them. I contacted support and their behavior was worst. I am not getting free traffic, I'm Paying for it. Absolutely Junk, with more than 5 000+ clicks I got 0 sale (The product was a dating product). This is the type of scam some ad networks are doing.

Chat is shi$$y as well as AD system. So you choose an ad space, and format but unfortunately you can't run a campaign. So you ask why, and then you get an answer that the space is unavailable. So what places are available? You have to assume by yourself.

Chat won't help you. They don't know anything. They're tricky, disconnecting whenever you have questions they don't have publicated answer for.

Not only did Victor and Josh help me to navigate adding funds to my account, each one took the time to look at what I was doing and gave informative helpful advice to maximize my experience. Although I had a lot of frustration dealing with the automotive side of things the human interactions were top shelf. Thanks guys.

Never come across such a terrible customer experience! Chat is absolutely useless! Creatives banned for dmca of facebook because I had the word social media in it. Never once mentioned facebook or had any logos etc. When placing ads, you have to guess which ad sizes are for which site, there's no list to break down. Causing you to make and upload many different creative sizes and have them approved only to find that they won't run them on your preferred site. If this company didn't have PH on their list they would be bankrupt. Wish I avoided these guys before sinking $100 into them.

I no longer wanted to advertise with TJ and asked for my funds to be refunded to me. After about 3 weeks of sumitting all the details they asked for, I had still not gotten the transfer. I then asked what was happening. They told me they needed more info from me.

Why did it take an email from me for me to get this info? Why did they not ask me for this?

Anyways, turns out they wanted info for a US client. I am not based on the US nor have anything to do with the US.

I have requested the funds to be transferred again on several occacions, but I have still not received any.

I don't understand how they can, nor how they are allowed, to handle customer funds this way.

I have not liked the experience and I will probably never trust them with my money.

Since mid-November I have been trying to get paid by CJ. I am owed over $1 000. At that time, it was explained to me that I needed to update my tax information which I did. It took them 3 weeks to reply to my support ticket where I let them know that my information had been updated.

Me: Another week has passed - and over 2 months since my original inquiry. Still, no payment. Please tell me why. (No reply)

Me: Tried calling today. Was cut off with a message that said everyone was busy. Left a message and hoping to get a call back. What I need to know is if my current updated WBEN-8 is acceptable and if so, when will I get paid? I have not received anything since June 2021.

CJ: To follow-up on our conversation, it seems as though your account has been resubmitted for priority verification of the new information you submitted. At this time, there is no further action for you to take.

Feb. 23, 2022 (I call again)

CJ: We apologize for our delayed response. We are experiencing a severely high volume of cases and are working hard to respond to each one in the order it was received.

March. 2, 2022

Me: Well, another 5 days has passed with no update from the "finance team". I don't blame you (name omitted), you seem very nice...something is very wrong at CJ though. I am owed over $1000 and can't even get anyone to look into this properly.

March 7, 2022 (I call again)

CJ: My colleague (name omitted) reached out to me and informed me of your call. I have contacted our Finance Team for an update and have asked for an expedited response regarding your payment. Once an update is received, I will follow up with you.

March 11, 2022 - Still no response.

March 15, 2022 - No "expedited response" from the "Finance Team". No payment.

March 23, 2022 - Called in to learn that a payment has been approved for $878. Crossing my fingers. Will update once it shows up in my account.

Scammers..a scam network. They allow you to send traffic and give you good rates to mislead and entrap you to send more. And when your money accumulates, they close the account on the pretext that the quality of the visits is low... knowing that they do not provide any evidence for their words.
