I’m using BigCommerce for the first time, because I’ve been forced to use it for the POS system of my friend, whom I’m building the website for. It is literally the only site that integrates with his POS provider. It is the least intuitive platform I’ve ever used. I absolutely despise it. It requires way too much coding that my friend will never be able to do to edit his site once I’m finished. They make it way too difficult to change minor things without coding. And the drag and drop options are not intuitive and are very limited than most other platforms. I’m not a fan AT ALL. I wouldn’t use it if I weren’t forced to.

We’ve promoted Shopify since 2015 and everything was is ok until 2018. In the first Shopify started a new commission structure with 200% of the customer’s first bill, but that is ok, new strategy and etc. But Shopify administration decides to change their rules and exposed ultimatum if We don’t lead new clients in the next two months, previous clients to become from 20% revenue shares commision to 0%. And of course this situation to forcing us to stop collaborating with Shopify, cause We don’t know what kind of rules Shopify may come up again.

What a total rip off!

The sales and support team are so unorganized. I referred several Shopify Plus clients to Shopify, expecting good service and support. What a flipping nightmare.

My clients paying $2 000 per month, our web design company was suppose to get a percentage of those monthly fees as an affilaite/referrral...but nope. We were told that we did not qualify to get the credit on multiple accounts.

Our clients are still in contract paying $2k per month!

Shopify Plus Affiliate Program is a total scam.

What a horribly unprofessional company. Their sales and support staff will lie to you to get you off the phone or chat support. They are lazy and rude.

Web designers be careful with this program. What a huge waste of time, effort and resources.

The load times for any custom features are not as fast as they advertise either.

SO very frustrated to be lied to... what a crock!

I am very disappointed because many say it is good
After I made profits, I was paid, my account was deactivated
The problem is that the reason is not clear and that I am making profits because I am a YouTuber
i contacted them many times but didn't answer. Support was very, very bad

two ticket with no answer i have proof

Impact is by far the best affiliate network I used. The signup process was smooth and the link creation tools are easy to use. Plus there are great brands on impact that we can partner with.

The level of incompetence shown by their technical support is astounding. 2 weeks of back and forth over a simple password reset. Still waiting. Their emails are no-reply so you have to use the contact form to respond. This then creates a new ticket and puts you at the back of the queue. They then ask you to log in and communicate via your dashboard, evidently forgetting that the very reason for raising a ticket in the first place was an inability to log in. Then they ask for screenshots that can't be sent by email (no-reply) or uploaded to the contact form. You'd think they'd know this..? Clearly not. No wonder they can't resolve a simple password reset. Their excuse? That's just the way the system is set up. Ridiculous! Not fit for purpose!

I am not sure how people rate this service 5 stars! I mean just for once try to use their customer support and ask a payment question. You'll literally end up being ignored. No one even bothers answering you. Almost like a scam service. Just avoid the service and find any alternative. I am sure it will be a better experience.

Wilko moved from Affiliate Window (excellent) to Impact so I thought I'd try them out. Order a few things using the correct link, the link registered but commission didn't. Contacted the company 2 weeks ago and was told the issue would be investigated - nothing. Don't trust them to register any sales commission.

Linkbux got suspended without any reason. They don't even response on skype. Everytime they told me to contact support. Support says you should contact your manager & moreover my manager "zee" says he left the company. Now how to contact your team.

Signed up to be an affiliate. Worked with pepperjam for a year. No confirmed commissions sent to my account bank side. I even utilized my own affiliate links for personal purchases 3 times.

No solution from pepperjam support. They created a case number for the issue and now are not responding after 2 weeks of me requesting an update.
