You have been banned for forging. According to PropellerAds rules, which you agreed to when you registered, if there is forbidden activity, the account is immediately banned unilaterally and the balance amount is withheld as a penalty.

Your account was not banned, but only frozen, most likely due to the situation with bank cards.
In such cases, verification of cards and documents is a standard procedure. Sometimes it may take several days. A week is the longest possible time, but usually such issues are resolved much faster.

The position "I trusted you with my money" is incorrect. We provided services to you - you tried to deceive us and abuse our trust and the rights given to you. Our actions and the measures of responsibility taken are in accordance with the terms of the contract between us, the fact of violation of which you have never refuted.
