You have been banned for forging. According to PropellerAds rules, which you agreed to when you registered, if there is forbidden activity, the account is immediately banned unilaterally and the balance amount is withheld as a penalty.

Your account was not banned, but only frozen, most likely due to the situation with bank cards.
In such cases, verification of cards and documents is a standard procedure. Sometimes it may take several days. A week is the longest possible time, but usually such issues are resolved much faster.
While we understand your frustration, please note that the KYC procedure is a prerequisite for fair payments and a strong relationship between advertisers and the company.
